Being okay with your colleagues and being comfortable to speak up
It's about being able to look in the mirror
and look deep within your soul and evaluate yourself

It's about reaching out to a friend or colleague
Maybe not for you, but maybe for that friend or colleague

It's about you and the world around you

The theme is "Mental health is a universal human right"
