"Dear Perfusionist,
We are seeking certified clinical perfusionists who are currently working in the United States to participate in a brief survey. This survey is part of a research study that is being conducted by a group of clinical perfusion students at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the current use of blood conservation techniques and protocols in cardiovascular surgery.
This survey is voluntary and your completion of it implies your agreement and willingness to participate in this research study. The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete.
Please note that the survey is anonymous, with no personal information being collected. The survey will be stored and analyzed in REDCap (a secure survey and project management platform).
