When you subscribe to the PIRS, you will get a report of an incident
as it gets submitted to PIRS
These reports, we find very interesting and very easy to read

Just send an email to PIRS@anzcp.org and you'll be included

Also, you can always submit an incident report,
which would help your colleagues around the world

On top of that, seems like everything is FREE full-text today: double whammy!!
